Nursing Education Programs

Competent and safe nursing practice begins with education programs that prepare individuals for practice. The Board approves pre-licensure education programs to assure the programs maintain academic and clinical standards for preparation of entry-level nurses. The Board regulates 189 pre-licensure nursing education programs and a total of 50 various types of training programs.

National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX)
